Assessments

Departmental audits
We conduct in-depth analyses of the workings of a specific dealer department. The result is a detailed report covering process control, infrastructure, operating resources and internal communication.
 

Assessments
We assess the knowledge, skills and behaviour of dealer employees - sales personnel, service receptionists, workshop managers and parts managers - on the basis of a target profile.

Undercover research
If required, we will conduct incognito visits to one or more dealer departments, assessing communications, organisational and technical aspects, and infrastructure.

Development

Coaching
We train dealers and their employees in their own work environment, so that they can make immediate and effective use of the knowledge and skills they have acquired. We also help them to establish and implement local action plans. All the topics described in connection with training can also be covered in coaching.
 

Team sessios
We help organise and hold meetings of dealer employees on the dealer's premises. These may involve one or more departments. The purpose of such meetings is to get employees to think about specific topics of common interest that have been chosen in advance, to exchange views and, where relevant, to make decisions. The promotion of team spirit is always fundamental to such activities. 

Training
Depending on the results of measurement activities or to meet specific needs, dealers and dealer employees from different dealerships are brought together to increase their knowledge, improve their skills or adjust their approach. The emphasis here is on interaction and exchange between the participants. There is a separate training course for virtually every activity within the dealership.

Consultancy

A systematic approach to assessment
We help both NSCs and dealers to establish systems for effective and ongoing assessment of dealer employees. Such a system may include, for example, the measurement services described on the relevant web page. If desired, we can also develop and manage a database model for skills monitoring.

Recruitment and selection
We support NSCs and dealers in setting up an effective recruitment procedure with a view to assuring maximum confidence in the quality of new employees. We also assist with the actual recruitment and selection activities, in terms of both administration and the evaluation of candidates.
 

Training structure
Training should form part of a solid long-term structure. We can help you to develop and implement such a structure at national or local level, ensuring that all employees can work on their own development in an absolutely logical fashion. Ideally, such a structure should be associated with a well-designed assessment system. As far as the training itself is concerned, we can handle all the administrative and organisational aspects for you.
